3. How do I return or refund an item?
Return Policy
We accept returns of our products within 15 days of receipt. Any defective product will be replaced by a new and identical product, free of charged. Please indicate the reason for return , include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. If you do not have your packing slip (Invoice), please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following email address:
